Our Privacy Policy, along with our Cookie Policy, applies to your use of all ActReady Services. This includes our websites, online courses or books, events, related sites, apps, communications, and services. Off-site Services, such as our ad services, webinars on YouTube, newsletters, and other electronic publications, are also included, but services that state they are offered under a different privacy policy are excluded.
ActReady is the controller of your personal data if you reside in the “Designated Countries” and you are entering into the User Agreement with ActReady. If you reside outside of the Designated Countries, ActReady will still be the controller of your personal data. As a Visitor or Member of our Services, the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data is subject to this Privacy Policy, and any updates we make apply to your use of our Services after the “effective date.”
